Job description:
We are seeking a skilled IronCAD Drafter to create precise 3D models of our wooden packing design using IronCAD software. The candidate will work closely with Production team, and project teams to produce detailed technical drawings for manufacturing, fabrication, or construction purposes.
Key Responsibilities
• Create detailed 3D models using IronCAD
• Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and design requirements
• Prepare assembly drawings, part drawings, and BOMs (Bill of Materials)
• Modify and update existing drawings as per project changes
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve design issues
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience working with IronCAD/AutoCAD or solid works software
• Strong knowledge of technical drawing standards
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Basic knowledge of other CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is an advantage

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the wooden & plywood packaging and packaging materials industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling wooden packaging products (pallets, crates, custom wooden & plywood boxes) and packaging materials such as Stretch Film, PET Straps, Bubble Rolls, and other industrial packaging solutions. The candidate should have a strong ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored packaging solutions to solve specific challenges related to product safety, transport, and storage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for wooden packaging and packaging materials.
• Understand customer pain points and offer customised packaging solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer demands.
• Promote and sell products such as wooden pallets, crates, stretch film, PET straps, bubble rolls, and other industrial packaging materials.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations on the best packaging materials and methods to enhance product safety and cost efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Offer after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Bsc, B.Com, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in wooden packaging and packaging materials trading.
• Strong understanding of industrial packaging products (Stretch Film, PET Straps, Bubble Rolls, etc.).
• Ability to analyse customer packaging challenges and propose effective packaging solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Able to handle Sales lead platform like India mart, Justdial etc.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license (if applicable).
